Once Upon A Leaf, LLC ("Once Upon A Leaf," "we," "us," or "our") is a seasonal leaf removal and yard cleanup business serving homeowners in Walton, Barrow and Jackson Counties, Georgia. We are the party responsible for the information described in this policy.

This policy covers the website at onceuponaleaf.net. It does not cover any third-party website you may reach by following a link from ours.

2. Information you give us

The quote form on our website asks for the following. Every field is optional — you decide how much to tell us, though the more you share the more accurate your quote will be.

• Which service you are interested in
• Your name
• The property address where you would like work performed
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Notes about your yard — anything you choose to write in the free-text box

We also receive whatever you choose to tell us if you call, text or email us directly.

3. Information collected automatically

Like essentially every website, ours records standard technical information about requests in order to deliver pages and to protect against attacks and abuse. This typically includes:

8. Do Not Track
